Not many companies felt the impact of Covid-19 more than the worlds leading ticket seller, Ticketmaster.
In 2020 almost all ticketed events worldwide were cancelled or postponed with no idea when they would open up again. A year later large capacity events started to open again to the public.
Ticketmaster needed to communicate quickly, clearly and concisely the changes and initiatives they had made to the ticketing process to help customers feel safe and confident going to events.
The next generation of ticketing.
We were asked to produce a series of short brand videos to draw awareness to Ticketmaster’s COVID-19 measures to bring events back after the global pandemic.
Specifically, contactless entry systems and ticket transfer functions allowed each person to enter an event, even if tickets had been purchased on their behalf by someone else.
